There were two minor errors on the schedules I posted yesterday (sorry). On May 16, the Service/Dimond JV game will be at 2:15 at South Anchorage. On the same date, the East/South Varsity game will be at 5:30 at South Anchorage. These times were switched on yesterday's schedule. If you downloaded or printed the schedules yesterday, I would advise you to do so again.
Thanks for bearing with me.

We all know that ordering and shipping gear to Alaska from the Lower 48 can be expensive. FYI, I have a friend in Reno that is the local sales rep for the Kelley Athletic Company. He has offered not only team discounts but reduced shipping rates as well. Please check out the Kelley Athletic Website for more information. Or you can email me directly zakbasch@yahoo.com for a breakdown of discounts offered.

I know it's only February, but to me that seems like baseball season is right around the corner. Please BOOKMARK this page...this year we are going to try to make this website THE PLACE FOR ALL ALASKA AMERICAN LEGION INFORMATION.
Hopefully this will cut down on mass emails that only some of you get. So please, let people know about the website...players, coaches, parents, umpires, etc. As always, send website (or other) suggestions to zakbasch@yahoo.com
Don't forget about the new batting cages at The Dome...funded, built, and maintained by the Alliance for American Legion Baseball!!
